ShirTee by Soul Twins is a print-on-demand business using Printify for the production and shipping of our T-Shirts. Tee's made as they are ordered, reducing waste with no inventory to store. When an order has been placed, it is produced and shipped directly from Printify. We are bound by the terms and conditions of their refund policy and thus, have adapted ours to fit theirs.
All products are unique and produced only once an order has been placed. It is considered that an order has been placed once payment has been made.
Refunds are NOT supported if you order the wrong size, colour, or simply change your mind.
Refunds ARE supported for damaged products or manufacturing errors/defects. Printify must be contacted within 30 days of the product delivery date. Printify offers a free reprint or a refund.
It is important to notify us immediately if there are any issues with your product once received.
Key points:
- Reprints or refunds are not offered for the wrong size or colour. Please refer to the sizing chart included with each product and also the blog Size DOES Matter.
- Unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
- There is a tolerance of 0.5" / 1.27 cm for prints, meaning minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered a defect.
- Once an order has been placed and added to the production queue, it cannot be edited or cancelled.
- Items with noticeable wear or make-up stains will not be accepted.
- Proof approval is important, and paying for an order is considered approval of the supplied proof [print/graphic].
- Make sure the quantity, shipping address, and design are correct before payment is made.
Products are delivered by Australia Post or Startrack and are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks of ordering; depending on demand, it may take longer.
If you are looking to return a product, please provide as a minimum:
- The date of your purchase,
- Your order number
- What you want to return
- Why you want to return it
- A photograph highlighting the fault/damage/default,
- If multiple products are affected:
- You must provide a single photo of all affected items in one frame; alternatively, you can provide a video where ALL products are visible in one frame.
