ShirTee by Soul Twins are a print-on-demand business and partners with Printify for the production of our T-Shirts. They are made to order and this reduces waste. When an order has been placed, it is produced and shipped directly from Printify. We are bound by the terms and conditions of their return policy and therefore have adapted them into our own.  

All products are unique and produced only once an order has been placed. It is considered that an order has been placed once payment has been made.

Returns are NOT supported if you order the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.

Returns ARE supported for damaged products or manufacturing errors/defects. If we are able to contact Printify within 30 days of the product delivery date, Printify offers the following: A free reprint or, a refund.

It is important to notify us immediately if there are any issues with your product once received.

Key points:

  • Reprints or refunds are not offered for wrong size or colour.
  • Unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
  • There is a tolerance of 0.5" / 1.27 cm for print, therefore minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered a defect.
  • Once an order has been placed, and added to the production queue it cannot be edited or cancelled.
  • Items with noticeable wear or make up stains will not be accepted.
  • Proof approval is important, and paying for an order is considered approval of the supplied proof.
  • Make sure the quantity, shipping address and design is correct before payment is made. 

Products are delivered by Australia Post or Startrack and are usually delivered within a week of ordering, depending on demand, it may take a longer. 

If you are looking to return a product, please provide as a minimum:

  • The date of your purchase,
  • Your order number,
  • What you would like to return,
  • Why you want to return it,
  • A photo highlighting the fault/damage/default,
  • If multiple products are affected:
    • You need to provide a single photo of all affected items in one frame, alternatively you can provide a video where ALL products are visible in one frame.
